Extremely Disappointed with Unethical Practices and Defective Machine I had an extremely unpleasant experience with Guangdong Coretamp Packaging Technology Co., Ltd. and their representative, Zeyu Yue. I purchased a machine from them for paper pouching and sealing, trusting their claims that it would meet my business needs. However, the machine turned out to be completely defective and incapable of fulfilling the promised functionalities. Issues Faced: 1. False Promises: The seller assured me that the machine was suitable for paper pouching, but it is completely incompatible with paper-based materials. 2. Defective Product: The sealing mechanism lacks Teflon coating, a basic requirement for handling paper pouches, resulting in defective and irregular seals. 3. Lack of Accountability: Despite bringing the issue to their attention, the seller has refused to offer any constructive resolution, repair, or replacement.
